Description

Quick and flavorful 30 minute chicken breast marinade perfect for grilling or baking. Juicy, seasoned chicken ready in no time.


Ingredients

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (~8 oz each)

1 ½ tsp avocado oil

1 ½ Tbsp apple cider vinegar

½ tsp sea salt

¼ tsp black pepper

1 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp dried basil

1 tsp smoked paprika

⅛ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

1 Tbsp fresh chopped rosemary

Dash cayenne pepper (optional)


Instructions

Optional: Pound chicken between parchment paper for even thickness.

Add chicken to a bowl. Drizzle oil and vinegar. Flip to coat.

Mix herbs and spices. Sprinkle half on each side.

Flip and press to coat evenly.

Marinate 15–30 minutes or refrigerate up to 24 hours.

Grill or cook until internal temp reaches 165°F.

Serve with dressing, grains, and herbs.

Notes

Optional: Poking chicken with a knife helps absorb marinade.

Leftovers keep 2–3 days in fridge.
